Giving Back: Let's GO! Events 2016

Founder Cori Bamberg heads up the Let's GO! (Get Organized) Committee Chair for the National Association of Professional Organizers, New England. In 2016, she reformatted the event to be something that centers around giving back to the community by holding 2-3 impactful events throughout the year that directly effect the challenges faced by non-profits and charitable organizations in the Boston area by putting together teams to volunteer their organization services. 

This Spring, the first event was held at the Westwood Food Pantry where Cori volunteered  and rallied other organizers from the local chapter to put together a one day event to evaluate their current system and stock, and set them up for success going forward. Learn more about the event here! 

The next event is assisting SOWMA (School on Wheels Massachusetts) in August 2016. SOWMA helps kids stay on track in school while facing homelessness. More information the organization here. We will be organizing and compiling packages of supplies, filling backpacks and organizing donations.
